Governor Christie Delivers on Arbitration Reform

On December 21, 2010, Governor Christie signed the most significant piece of tool kit legislation in Wayne Township, Passaic County NJ. Passaic County is the epicenter of property tax excess and the birth place of the labor movement. Municipalities are being afforded the means to responsibly address the needs to local government and balance it in the interest of protecting the taxpayers.
